Setting Up the User Authentication App
Set up the user authentication app to the multifunction printer/copier. For details about how to set up the user authentication app, see Downloading Cloud Settings for Setup.
Stopping Use of the User Authentication App
To stop use of the user authentication app, complete all of the steps below.
Undoing settings for the user authentication app
For details about how to undo settings for the user authentication app, see Unconfiguring Setup.
Disabling the IC card reader
Disable the IC card reader. For more information about how to disable the IC card reader, see Unregistering the IC Card Reader.
Removing a user from the address book
A user authenticated via the user authentication of RICOH Cloud Service is added to the address book. If use of the user authentication app is stopped, remove the added user from the address book.
For more information about how to remove a user from the address book, see the operating instructions for the multifunction printer/copier.
If a user added to the address book is not removed, user permissions to access the functions of the multifunction printer/copier may not work properly when user authentication via RICOH Cloud Service is next used.
