Required preparation
The following applications must be installed in each device.

RICOH Smart Integration Monitoring Device
A group master must be set when you create group reports and billing code reports. *1
*1 The configuration of a group master is optional.
RICOH Smart Integration Monitoring Device is a program that collects information from the device and sends the information to the "RICOH Cloud Service" cloud server periodically.
RICOH Smart Integration Log Transfer is a program that collects the execution log of jobs such as printing from an MFP and sends the logs to the "RICOH Cloud Service" cloud server.
RICOH Smart Integration Authentication is a program that performs user authentication for the "RICOH Cloud Service" cloud server from an MFP.
Device groups are configured in device management. For details, see "Creating a Group", Device Management Guide.

To create a billing codes report, the billing codes must be defined before doing so.
