How to Create a Department Master
You can create a department master by downloading an Excel template file (.xlsx format) and by entering the required items. Excel is required for creating the master.
Downloading the Department Master Template File
From [Instant report generation] or [Create Report Reservation], select [Department Counter].
In the Step2 Selection of target screen, download the template file.
Store the downloaded file in any location.
You can change the file name.
Creating a Department Master
Note that if the following apply to the created department master, the system makes changes.
If the User ID field is empty
The row with the empty User ID field is deleted.
If there are four or more layers of department codes
The fourth layer and later are deleted.
If the first row does not have a header
A header is added to the first row.
Open the template file in Excel.
Enter the user IDs in column A and the department codes in column B and later, in accordance with the template.
You can specify up to three layers of department codes in columns B through D.
Entry example :

The department master has the following limitations. If the limitations are not followed, an error message appears when the department master file is uploaded.
The file size must be 4MB or smaller.
Do not use double quotations (") or commas (,).
Do not specify the same user ID to multiple users.
The number of rows of the department master must be set to 5,000 or less.
If the Excel file of the department master contains multiple worksheets, only the left-most worksheet is read.
Uploading the Created Department Master
From [Instant report generation] or [Create Report Reservation], select [Department Counter].
In the Step2 Selection of target screen, click [Browse] and specify the template file.
