How to Set Up
To use Cloud Settings to start setup, the following conditions must be met:
RICOH Smart Integration must be connected to.
The tenant and its users must be registered in RICOH Smart Integration.
To register a device during setup, an administrator ID and password for the tenant must be available.
For more information about RICOH Smart Integration, see the RICOH Smart Integration manual.
There are two different setup methods. This guide describes each of these setup methods.
Downloading and Using Cloud Settings
Use this method for a device without Cloud Settings installed. To start setup, first download Cloud Settings from the RICOH download site. For more information, see Downloading Cloud Settings for Setup.
Using a Computer for Batch Setup
You can use the device registration tool for computer to set up two or more devices at a time over on the network. For more information, see Using a Computer for the Batch Setup of Multiple Devices.
In some countries or regions, the device registration tool is not available.
