Registering Billing Codes
Register the pair of a billing code and a display name. Although any character string can be specified for a display name, it is recommended that you use a descriptive name so that what group the name/character string belongs to can be known easily. There are two different ways to register billing codes: Entering them individually and batch-registering a list of billing codes prepared via Microsoft Excel. The following table shows the requirements for billing codes and display names:
