Troubleshooting

Condition	Cause	Solution
Unable to log in because the IC card registration screen is not displayed	The multifunction printer/copier is not yet registered in the tenant.	Contact your tenant administrator to check that the multifunction printer/copier is registered as an available device in the tenant.
Unable to log in	The user name of the device administrator matches the user ID of the tenant administrator.	Specify a user ID for the tenant administrator that is different from the login user name of the device administrator.
Unable to log in Error code: SIE.02-0001	The entered user account information is incorrect.	Enter the correct user account information.
Unable to log in Error code: SIE.02-0002	It is not possible to communicate with the RICOH Cloud Service server.	Check your communication environment.
Unable to log in Error code: SIE.02-0003	There may be a problem with the RICOH cloud service.	Please wait a while, and retry again later. If the problem persists, contact the customer service.
Unable to log in Error code: SIE.02-0004	The user account is locked.	Contact your tenant administrator to check that the user account is not locked.
Unable to log in Error code: SIE.02-0005	The user account is disabled.	Contact your tenant administrator to check that the user account is enabled.
Unable to log in Error code: SIE.02-0006	IC card log in is disabled.	Contact your tenant administrator to check that IC card log in is enabled.
IC card login fails. Error code: SIE.02-9999	The IC card reader is not attached correctly. The IC card used is not supported.	Attach the IC card reader correctly. Use a supported IC card.
Log in using emergency mode Error code: SIE.03-0001	It is not possible to communicate with the RICOH Cloud Service server.	Check your communication environment.
Log in using emergency mode Error code: SIE.03-0001	There may be a problem with the RICOH cloud service.	Please wait a while, and retry again later. If the problem persists, contact the customer service.
Unable to log out Error code: SIE.04-0001	This occurs when another function is running. For example, executing a scanner job.	Wait for the job to complete, and then log out.
