Problem

Causes and solutions

You wait for over tens of minutes, but the window remains in progress and reports are not generated.

There may be a problem with the cloud service. Please wait a while, and retry again later. If the problem persists, contact the customer service.

The message "Generation failed" is displayed.

The counter value for reports is 0.

The following possibilities exist.

  • No job was executed during the aggregation period. Execute a job.

  • There is a problem in the communication between devices and the cloud. Check the communication environment.

  • RICOH Smart Integration Log Transfer is not installed on the devices. Follow the Installation Guide to setup the devices again.

You cannot open a downloaded report.

To view reports in Excel format, use an application that supports the format.

Some items are missing in the report.

If a device has no functions to be totaled, the value of the counter for the device is left blank.
