Required preparation
Before use, RICOH Smart Integration Monitoring Device must be installed on each device.
RICOH Smart Integration Monitoring Device is a program that collects information from the device and sends the information to the "RICOH Cloud Service" cloud server periodically.
Users that can use Device Management
Users having the tenant administrator role assigned
Maximum number of devices that can be managed per tenant
It is recommended to use 200 units or less. (Total number of both MFPs and RICOH Interactive Whiteboard devices)
