Overview of the Quota Function
For each MFP function, you can set an upper limit for the amount of jobs to users as well as the amount per job. This function can be used to limit the amount of jobs to users.
When you specify "Enabled" for "Quota function" on the "Options" screen, the configuration screen displays items to be specified.
The Quota function is only available to a customer who has a reporting function license.
Enabling the Quota Function
To use the Quota function, enable "Quota function" under "Options".
Select "Enabled" for "Quota function", and then click [Save].
Click [OK].
