Device Information Monitoring Overview
When RICOH Smart Integration Monitoring Device is installed on a device, information from the device is sent to the cloud.
Operating requirements
The device can connect to an external network and to the cloud.
The correct date and time are set on the MFP.
If any of the following conditions are met by a device, no device information is sent to the cloud. Check the status of the device and network.
The device is not turned on.
The device is not connected to the network.
The device is in energy-saving mode.
The device cannot communicate with the cloud because of the settings (such as proxy and firewall settings) of the network environment that the device uses.
A system error has occurred on RICOH Smart Integration Monitoring Device or the cloud.
