Billing Code Function Overview
Billing Code can be used to group users in the tenant. The tenant administrator can define any billing code. Reports can be generated by billing code. If "Using Billing Code" is set to [On], a screen for entering a billing code is displayed when a user attempts to log in via a multifunction printer.
The Billing Code function is only available to a customer who has a reporting function license.
